The Wrath of Makino[]
After Makino successfully managed to link with Max, he takes control of his body and creates Turbo Annihilation Mode to cause havoc on Copper Canyon. He creates a drill with parts of his armor and started to destroy Earth, until Jim McGrath intervenes with the hopes of rescuing Max. However, he is eventually defeated but he points out about Steel and Max's deep connection, which would be capable of breaking Makino's control. Thanks to Steel, he manages to fight back against the alien and unlinks from him, causing the mode to destroy itself.
Shortly after Makino fell from the remains of the armor, he bonded with an unconscious Jim and creates a new, even more powerful form of Turbo Annihilation Mode. He proceeds to tease Max stating that his father didn't believed on Max's potential, causing him to get angry and fly directly on his direction, only to be taken down by one of Makino's gigantic hands. He continues to use his drill to destroy Earth, but Max intervenes, this time using Turbo Titan Mode. Makino is shown to be way stronger than before and vigorously fights against Max. He is eventually unlinked by Max and Steel's combined efforts, causing the mode to disappear permanently.
Abilities[]
- Superhuman Strength: Due to his size, Makino is much stronger than an average individual. His secondary form is two times stronger than his initial form, as stated by Maxwell in The Wrath of Makino.
- Superhuman Durability: Makino's armor is shown to be highly durable, being capable of withstanding multiple attacks of Jim's Turbo Modes and a powerful blow from Max's Turbo Titan Mode.
- Energy Rays: Makino's initial form is capable of concentrating and releasing T.U.R.B.O-charged rays from his fists and a yellow-colored ray from his forehead. His secondary form grants him the ability of shooting a ray from the sphere on his abdomen.
- Giant Size: This mode grants the user increased size.
Arsenal[]
- Destabilizing Drill: To assist in his mission of destroying Earth, Makino created a destabilizing drill powered by T.U.R.B.O. energy and his own, yellow-colored energy. The weapon would be capable of shattering the planet in two.
Appearance[]
The first form of Turbo Annihilation Mode inherits characteristics of Max's Turbo Base Mode, having white armored parts spread around his body and blue parts representing Makino. He has blue armored parts attached to his helmet, which is black and white and features a yellow sphere on his forehead, yellow eyes and yellow markings on the cheek region. He has blue floating parts around his shoulders and blue armor on his chest, which features a yellow linking port. He wears white shoulder pads, white biceps pads, blue forearm pads and has T.U.R.B.O. energy sparking from his fists. He has blue and white armored sections at the legs region and similar to Makino's alien scientist form, he has yellow Makinian letters that appear and disappear on the black areas of his body.
The second form of Turbo Annihilation follows a similar aesthetic, although the black color is more prominent. Makino appears attached to Jim's head, having a yellow eye on a black visor that occupates his host's entire face. He gains blue floating parts on his back, a circular opening on the torso region with a T.U.R.B.O. energy sphere inside it, spiky protrusions on the sides of his arms and has multiple openings and entire sections spread throughout his body that are constantly leaking energy, such as the palm of his hands and his back. He has white armored sections on his body and has yellow Makinian letters that appear and disappear on the black areas of his armor.
