Abilities and Uses
The energy makes the user stronger, faster and more agile than an average individual. In Max's case, it enhanced his physical capabilities, but since he is a human, he constantly suffers with his energy, since he can overload electronic objects with only one touch or even explodes and consequently dies if he overloads.
Besides, the energy could be used to weaponize weapons and presumably other alien devices as seen on The Legend of Ja'em Mk'rah. On the other hand, Berto built some weapons that could adapt with Max's T.U.R.B.O. Energy, like the Turbo Sword, Turbo Blaster and others.
The energy is also used by Team Turbo to activate their powers, specifically through their Connect-Tek armors, capable of storing T.U.R.B.O. Energy. The color of their T.U.R.B.O. Energy varies; Alex's energy is red, Rayne is purple and C.Y.T.R.O. is green.
Green T.U.R.B.O. Energy
During the events of Turbo-Charged, Max reaches his limits and starts to generate a green T.U.R.B.O. Energy due to Terrorax, who tortured him to make him generate large quantities of the energy to create his own version named Terror Energy.
The new version of T.U.R.B.O. Energy is considerably more powerful than its predecessor at the point of Steel being not capable of controlling it, nor even the suits of Alex, Rayne and C.Y.T.R.O. being able to handle it.
- Maxwell McGrath - Even though that he is not from Planet Tachyon, Max can generate the T.U.R.B.O. Energy, since he is a hybrid between Tachyon and human.
- Jim McGrath
- Rayne Martinez
- Alejandro Villar
- Miles Dread is able to convert the T.U.R.B.O. Energy into Negative T.U.R.B.O. Energy.
- This energy was used to weaponize things in Planet Tachyon, as seen in The Legend of Ja'em Mk'rah. However, it could be also used in specific weapons, like Miles Dread's missiles.
- It is occasionally referred as "Turbo Power".
