N-Tek Link (unofficial name) was a new villain introduced in Season 2. He was an evil Ultralink who linked with N-Tek's mainframe system. He debuted in Ultralink Invasion Part One.
History[]
Season 2[]
Ultralink Invasion Part One[]
During a meteor shower, Makino sent four Ultralinks to Miles Dread. Three of them managed to link with objects and the other one was captured by N-Tek.
Ultralink Invasion Part Two.[]
The Ultralink was inserted on a device that would be capable of removing precious information from him, such as the location of Dread's hideout. Shortly after N-Tek found its coordinates, they went after him and his Ulralinks and Berto was left on the base alone. Eventually, the Ultralink was suddenly activated and linked with N-Tek's mainframe systems and later escapes without Berto even noticing. The Ultralink headed to Dread's hideout and there he revealed that he was thinking in keeping the Ultralink to himself.
Max and Steel decide to take on them. While Max was in charge of defeating Dread, Steel would defeat the N-Tek Link. However, Ven-Ghan suddenly appears and manage to capture the Ultralink with ease despite Dread's efforst in stopping him. The N-Tek Link was delivered to the Black Star Council, where he was presumably destroyed for its crimes.
Appearence[]
Before the link, he was a red Stealth Ultralink – an Ultralink featured by round body and four arms.
After the link, the center of his body is his initial form and he has an armor surrounding him with N-Tek's signature colors (black and white) and the addition of a new color: light blue. He has a pair of legs on his front and he gains many attachments on his body that resembles coded information (presumably passwords).
Abilities[]
- Linking Abilities: His initial form allowed him to bond with anything and weaponize its host, just like he did with N-Tek's systems, which, from a small device, turned into a massive creature.
- Superhuman Speed: He obtains enhanced speed after linking with N-Tek's systems.
- Levitation: Like other of its kind, he is able to fluctuate in his initial form. His second form also allows him to levitate.
- N-Tek Information: He can access information of N-Tek's systems, including information about N-Tek Agents, passwords, and others, which could have been very useful to villains if he fell on the wrong hands.
