Commander Kilgore is a minor character introduced in Team Turbo Fusion-Tek. He is a member of the United Nations' Security Forces. He is voiced by Andrew Francis.
While trying to escape from the robot zombie horde, Max, C.Y.T.R.O., Tempestra and La Fiera land on Kilgore's improvised headquarters. The commander and his soldiers point the gun at the heroes, until they recognize Max Steel. Kilgore commands his men to put their weapons down, and introduces himself to Max. He states that Copper Canyon was under complete lockdown and no one could leave the perimeter, even Max and his team. McGrath tries to reason with him, stating that they were on their way to take down the one responsible for the outbreak. Upon asking if they knew where he was, C.Y.T.R.O. reveals the coordiantes of Mortum's base. Kilgore decides to launch a missile that would blow up the entire Copper Canyon in ten minutes. Max once again tries to reason with the commander, but fails and decides to go after Steel along with his team.
The missile was released while Max and his team fought against Mortum, who swiftly created a gigantic shield to protect his base from the explosion. He proceeds to release his techno-virus across the world, turning everyone ont he planet into robotic zombies, including Kilgore and his army. After Mortum was deefeated by Max and his team, Kilgore and his army were reverted back to regular humans once again.

Not much is known about Kilgore's abilities, but he has leadership skills and his army is equipped with heavy weaponry.
Etymology[]
Kilgore's name is a portmanteau of the words kill and gore. His name is a reference to a character from Francis Ford Coppola's Apocalypse Now movie, named as Lieutenant Colonel Bill Kilgore.

Serious, responsible, strong-willed and strict, Kilgore takes his mission of protectng his country very seriously.
Kilgore firstly interacts with Max during the robot zombie outbreak. He initially didn't recognized the superhero, until one of his men pointed it out. He introduced himself to Max and revealed his intentions of blowing up Copper Canyon to contain the infection. The hero tries to reason with him, but Kilgore is doubtful that Max and his team could stop Mortum and his army.
